Some clients benefit from regular sessions, while others like to dip in and out when they need additional support. You will set the agenda, so I’ll cover whatever you’d like to discuss in our consultation. Whether your queries are strategic or operational, I can help support you. Afterwards I send you a follow up with a summary of our consultation and key points.

Typically our sessions will be over Zoom or Teams. A typical consultation lasts one hour.

For ad hoc marketing consultancy sessions, I charge £150 per session. We offer consultancy bundles, and for ongoing consultancy, you’ll benefit from a discounted rate.

There’s no one-size-fits-all package as your requirements will be unique to your business. So, at the start of our relationship, we’ll agree on the level of support you require and the marketing activities we’ll undertake.

To get the most from your outsourced marketing service, you’ll be looking at a minimum monthly retainer of one day (seven hours) of support per month. I’ll keep in regular contact with you throughout the month.

For ongoing outsourced marketing support, your minimum investment will be £700 per month. We’ll agree on a level of support that best fits your business requirements.

For regular clients, I offer retainer contracts whereby I can offer a reduced fixed rate (only applies to 3- month, 6-month or 12-month retainers).

We can offer a marketing planning workshop – where we’ll work together on your marketing plan. The marketing planning workshop usually takes place within a day.
This option is suitable if you’d like to actively participate in planning your marketing activity.

There will be some work to do prior to the session, and following the workshop, I’ll summarise the outcomes and provide you with an outline tactical marketing plan.

Other types of marketing workshops are available, typically starting from £650 for half day, and £1200 for a full day. 

This is a more in-depth service, whereby I will conduct a full marketing audit, meet with you for a detailed consultation, and afterward I will develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and tactical plan. This will be developed over several weeks, depending on your timeline.

This will include a market research report, and all elements of a marketing strategy, including, brand positioning, digital and content strategy, PR, communications & advertising, and a SWOT analysis, a competitor review and customer analysis (depending on data available). Your position in the marketplace will be challenged, reviewed and your goals for the future agreed.
